A new CEO, a need for change, a big challenge.

 
 

Miguel Moreira Rato, Adagietto's CEO, came to us because he wanted to bring the team together to collaboratively think about what was the change that needed to happen, if they were ready for it, and how would they get there.

According to Miguel's words, some might think that it would be "a psychology, psychoanalysis, with a couch, or a team building action - that kind with big potatoes bags and everyone running to the same side to see who wins". 

Instead, they arrived and found a room full of LEGOS and room for good, important conversations!
