Purpose and Vision

We believe that the world of work needs to be reinvent

We want to accompany teams and organizations in the discovery and achievement of new meanings. We want to inspire people to design new ways of relating to what they do and to find out more about who they are.

Conversation is the basis and the ultimate result of our work. We work with the purpose of getting our clients to use conversation as the new "technology" of transformation.

We have not yet found an ultimate definition of what we are

That is a sign that there is still a way to go. And that is a good thing.

About us

  • We are coaches who are not limited to coaching. We are consultants who go beyond consulting. We are facilitators who are not limited to making presentations.

    We create a studio environment that designs learning experiences.

    We are a community of professionals, turned into a multidisciplinary, multifaceted and daring team. The combination of diverse experiences, knowledge and wisdom, which are applied in various contexts and directions, is responsible for our richness.

    We are conversation specialists and we seek to use a simple and intelligible language that reaches everyone. We are adept at simplicity and we try to move away from the often inaccessible and complicated language used by "doctors and engineers".

    We question everything and we love a good conversation. We know that listening is the best way to make us think. We give time some time because we value it, today more than ever. We believe that we exist to recover principles like these wherever they are most needed.

    We are rigorous, without being grey. We are optimistic, without being dazzled. We are serious but not solemn.

  • We don't use graphics, or puppets, to explain our process. Nor do we have sophisticated names for each phase of our projects.

    We do have curiosity and will and we believe that "it is through conversation that we understand each other".

    We seek to know the challenges they throw at us by listening beyond what we are told and looking from every possible angle.

    We debate and discuss, we dismantle and then build again.

    We believe that all of this should be done together.

    Talking, reflecting, deconstructing, designing, creating and collaborating: this is the process we use to build our relationships.

Our key ingredients

Time

It is essential to find the right time to learn. In all our interventions, time is a major factor. We do not believe in immediacy. We need time to make a difference!

Curiosity

Curiosity is what gave us life (unlike the poor cat). It is the engine of creativity, of innovation, of learning. It is what makes us grow, what makes us explore, discover and adventure. It is that restlessness that puts us in our rightful place, ready to set out into the unknown.

Trust

Closeness/Intimacy, Sincerity, and Ethics/Respect, both in relation to ourselves, others and the context, are fundamental elements for evolution and elevation.

Pleasure

Without joy and a sense of the value, we do not incorporate what we learn. Not to be confused with entertainment, which has limited reach and impact.
