We go far beyond training. Learning, for us, is not just about accumulating information. It is about questioning what we think we know, not because it is "right" or "wrong," but in order to understand if we can be wiser.
Way Beyond was born from a school. It is the space that enriches our interventions, our work and our people. Through research and experimentation, we bring our learnings to those who choose to partner with us. On the other hand, our experience in the field feeds the practical, real and meaningful examples for the programs that we decide to open to the public.
Therefore, we like to call the School our laboratory—a place where we experiment with putting our learning into practice and where these same experiences take shape to be presented and developed with our partners. It is the place of the intimate relationship between theory and practice, where dynamics are born from readings, conversations, observation, and also where reflection on the dynamics put into practice feeds the continuous construction of knowledge and wisdom.
