We have always felt we were more than a coaching school and now we assume that we are going even beyond that. 11 years ago, in 2007, we were convinced that we would become the best coaching school in Portugal. There are many examples that testify to the success of the path we have followed. In 2014 we launched the E2C Manifesto that opened a new path of self-discovery and search for what we want to be, beyond what we do. Now, at WAY BEYOND, we dare to look 10 years ahead and face a future that prospects a profound change in the way we work.

What changes and what remains

We have changed our name and image, improved our aesthetics and our positioning is more aligned with our way of being, being and feeling as always.

As or more important than what has changed is what remains: our history; our team, which has not only grown but also maintained its quality and professionalism; our ethics; our commitment to our clients and partners; our characteristic will to constantly improve; our ambition to see and go beyond what is asked of us and to find simple and innovative solutions to complex situations.
