We have something new to tell you
Well, how are we going to tell this? We got together!
Not wanting to be too romantic, but being so, let's just say that we knew it was going to happen, practically from the day we laid eyes on each other.
But how did this happen?
There was a time when Way Beyond and pur'ple exchanged messages, shared pride in who they were and what they did, and occasionally worked together. Until one day, in an exchange of glances, they saw an opportunity for the two companies to become more than the sum of their parts, to combine knowledge and experience in order to look at bigger challenges and better respond to them.
Between clear intentions and objectives, paperwork and many conversations, we said yes to this commitment, which thrills and excites us, and we "got our act together".
This combination is the fruit of months of frank, open and transparent conversations, of deep mutual knowledge and trust, of what we believe in, of the way we like to do what we do and of how we relate to each other and to our clients.
Of course, we (also) talked about business. We're not naive and we know that our clients aren't either. However, we know that this partnership goes beyond that: it is the result of an agreement that reflects the sharing of values, principles, philosophies and practices that make up the way we see the world of work today and that we believe contribute to the legacy we want to build and leave.
We exchanged vows, which is like saying we made commitments:
We won't make a single cloth out of this. On the contrary, we'll be sewing together unique, multiple and complementary perspectives on the world of work, organizations and people.
We will continue to question ourselves. Together, we will discover and explore new paths and also new ways of traveling along paths we already know. We will continue to learn and be surprised, in open and permanent dialogues with ourselves and our clients.
We will create (even) more value for and with our customers. We will do more and do it better. In our teams, we bring together knowledge and experience that will allow us to dedicate ourselves to our clients as we like, improving and innovating in what we develop together, expanding our range of action and contributing to the growth of all those who want to 'live' with us.
We have written the words 'conversation and purpose' into the alliances we have exchanged. We believe that through conversation we will help to create and consolidate more relevant and lasting interactions, essential for (re)finding inspiring, true and meaningful purposes, which will help our clients - people, teams and organizations - to have happier, more creative working environments, with enough confidence, curiosity and pleasure to live and inspire transparent, attentive, close and collaborative cultures.
We will continue to contribute to reinventing the world of work, the way people think, write and live their daily lives in organizations. We are committed to helping people and teams look at themselves, get to know themselves better, challenge themselves, question themselves and find their own answers, paths and goals, ways of being and doing.
We will share the same house. We know it's a challenging step (as good relationships should be!), but above all we believe that together we are stronger and that living under the same roof is the right decision to develop our people and so that, more qualified and confident, they can help others in sustainable and sustained movements, continuous, restless and curious learning and growth, in the present and for the future.
We'll give it time. We know where we're going, but we've only just got here, and we're in it for the long haul. So the only hurry we're in is to spread this news and make sure it's as good for our customers as it is for us, who are exploring possibilities that seem (almost) endless!
