She loves a good conversation and if it happens around the table, the better! She likes listening more than talking; imagining more than drawing; white more than yellow. She wanted to be a social worker and a mayor, neither one nor the other. She was borrowed from Beiras by Lisbon, where she studied Management and Marketing.
She was once a commercial director, a human resources director, a consultant, a team leader and she also had some experience as a partner of human resources consulting companies. At EEC (Escola Europeia de Coaching - European Coaching School), she was responsible for business development and that is where she found a new way to talk through coaching.
She is one of the managing partners at Way Beyond and is responsible for Culture and Business.
