The sea is his fundamental element. A 3 "M" Lisboner (he was born in Mouraria, lived his youth in Marvila and, after getting married, moved to Madragoa), he ended up landing near Sesimbra, over 30 years ago. A good listener, a good conversationalist, he likes to tell his story, usually with a pinch of humor in the mix. In fact, he believes that through good stories one learns. In consulting and training, he made an evolution from exact sciences and finance to corporate policy and strategy, landing on the development of leaders and high performance teams. In fact, he thinks that his background is an asset to be able to approach behavioral issues with more realism. He has extensive experience in designing and conducting strategic thinking sessions. He has more than 2,000 hours of coaching conducted. He has been a guest lecturer at UCP and Porto Business School for several years.
At Way Beyond, he is one of the partners and mentor, occasionally participating in projects he feels like taking part in at this stage of his life.
